Hello there!

I come to the therapy field by way of the legal field. My time in the legal field cultivated a deep appreciation of peoples’ stories - including their conflicts, struggles, and desire for healing and connection. I have found that exploring our story in a safe and nurturing environment allows us to more deeply connect with ourselves and navigate the many difficulties of life. I hope our work together will help you better understand the many parts that make up your story so that you feel empowered as you journey through life. I am honored to have the opportunity to walk alongside people as they work toward contentment and wholeness.
I have availability for individual in-person and telehealth appointments on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I also hold a support group for moms on Saturday. Please see below for additional information!

a little more about me...

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and gently challenging. Together we will explore areas that are tender or painful in your life through curiosity and compassion. I’m interested in working with a diverse range of clients using modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and Person-Centered Theory. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to navigate feelings of self-blame and self-doubt that lead to behavioral and relational difficulties. I hope that our work together will help build self-compassion and confidence. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son, going on walks with our dogs, and reading.
