Hello there!I came to the therapy field by way of the legal field, where I witnessed firsthand how much people carry and how powerful it is to be truly heard. That experience shaped my deep respect for the complexity of each person’s story and continues to guide my approach to therapy. I work with teens, adults, and couples who are navigating relationship challenges, emotional disconnection, life transitions, and inner conflict. Many clients seek therapy when familiar patterns no longer feel sustainable, and they’re looking for a supportive space to slow down, make sense of their experiences, and move forward with intention.
My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy, IFS-informed therapy, and attachment theory. I completed an ICEEFT externship in couples therapy and specialize in helping couples strengthen emotional bonds, navigate conflict, and rebuild trust. With individuals, I use an IFS-informed approach to build insight, compassion, and emotional clarity. I offer in-person and tele-health sessions for individuals and couples on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with evening availability, as well as Saturday mornings. Sarah |
