Around here, we see counseling from a Christian worldview as a process of walking together toward a full, free, and meaningful life—one that is ultimately found in the person of Jesus Christ.
The primary goals are simple:
1. Reframe complex, difficult or confusing situations into opportunities for healing, growth, and restoration.
2. Equip you with practical, actionable steps that actually move things forward.
3. Reorient your life within a much larger story that is unfolding alongside your own.

“Keep your heart with vigilance.” “Guard your heart—it is the wellspring of life.”The writer of Proverbs is pointing to something essential: the battle is over your heart.
There is an entire landscape within your heart that can be explored, understood, and brought into the light. Wounds, messages, unhealthy vows, fractures, burdens, and overprotective parts all operate there—and they need to be located and engaged.
That’s the work.
And the result is a more wholehearted life—one that is secure, grounded, curious, confident, creative, alive and more!

Many people come to counseling looking for clarity—help making decisions, navigating relationships, decoding traumatic experiences or simply needing some good old fashioned friendly advice.
God’s Word + God’s World = Wisdom.
The Bible gives us deep truth. But it doesn’t always tell you exactly what to say, where to move, or how to navigate every situation.
There is, however, an actual way things work:
in your body...
in your mind...
in relationships...
in your spiritual life...
Wisdom connects you to that Way.

The apostle Paul writes that it is for freedom that Christ has set us free.
Jesus says He came so that we might have life to the full.
The larger story tells us we are living in a clash between two kingdoms.
One offers:
freedom, life, beauty, adventure, hope, joy and more.
The other offers:
doom, dread, despair, darkness, desolation, and deprecation.
Both are real.
Both are active.
Christian counseling is about helping you recognize that battle -
and helping you move toward freedom and life again…
or maybe for the very first time.
