Payment is made to your particular counselor at the end of each session.  With regards to insurance networks, EAP's, etc, we've respectfully chosen to opt out, so you simply pay a flat fee per session.  See our rates below.  Sessions can be paced out in a way that works with your schedule and finances.  There is plenty of flexibility with this.  We have folks that come in at all sorts of different frequencies from multiple times per week - all the way to once per year - and everything in between.

Top 3 things that make us easy to find!
  • We are located in the upstairs, middle section of the Historic Southern Saddlery Building.
  • If you're lost, send your counselor a text and they'll help you find your way.
  • You've passed our building 1,000 times on the way to or from Lookout Mountain and you never knew it!

Top 3 things that make us a bit difficult to find!
  • We do not use any outdoor signage.
  • The street number on our building can't be seen from Broad Street.
  • Your GPS will get you close - but not close enough.

Directions
  • Proceed South on Broad Street towards the foot of Lookout Mountain.  
  • After descending from the Chattanooga Creek Bridge, you will see the Historic Southern Saddlery Building on your right.
  • Turn right on W 31st St. and it will quickly “ T ” into St. Elmo Ave.  You'll be facing some new condominiums.
  • Take a right and follow until you are on the very backside of the Saddlery Building.  
  • Walk up either set of stairs to the outdoor, second floor balcony. Your counselor will provide you with a keypad code to unlock either of the 2 exterior doors.  
  • Come all the way down the hall to the right until you reach our waiting room.  
  • Wait there and we will come for you.

Opening the Door
  • Your particular counselor wll provide you with a code for the door.
  • Punch in the code, wait for the green light to come on then open the door

Dog Friendly
  • The Saddlery building is dog friendly!  You may encounter a friendly pooch in the hall - or even in one of our offices.  Speak with your particular counselor if this is going to be a concern.
