We have been raised in a hyper-sexualized culture with silent fathers and poor examples of how to treat and listen to women. Our brains have been hijacked by pornography and social media. This group is judgment-free and aimed at helping men grow to be more authentic, faithful, intimate, and emotionally present. It's a great group for affair or porn recovery.

why group therapy? |
Group therapy is a powerful tool for growth and change. In process groups, individuals meet face to face to share their struggles and concerns with the facilitation of 1-2 trained group therapists. The power of process groups lies in the unique opportunity to receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement and feedback from other individuals in a safe and confidential environment. These interpersonal interactions can provide group members an opportunity to deepen their level of self-awareness and to learn how they relate to others. Process groups are typically unstructured.
