Spiritual Direction and Soul Care
For many of us, on the outside it looks like we are functioning, healthy people, but we may feel a disconnect with what we experience internally. Spiritual Direction and Soul Care invite us to address why our souls feel more dead than alive. It invites us to journey through life’s toughest questions. I enjoy walking with individuals, couples, and families as they discover what it means for the heart to be fully awake and present. Spiritual Direction and Soul Care are not counseling, in the sense that they are not designed to specifically address mental health issues. They are each a type of coaching. This type of coaching involves identifying specific spiritual strategies and spiritual goals. In our time together, if we come across material that needs to be handled by a mental health professional, I will make an appropriate referral for you.

My heart is deeply moved when people have the courage to step into the hard questions of life. It takes great courage and vulnerability to express fears, doubts, and struggles. And I consider it sacred ground to sit across from someone who is willing to share their deepest vulnerabilities. It is a profound satisfaction to offer where I see the image of God in others when they may not being seeing it in themselves. I see it as my life’s aspiration to spend my time offering the beauty I see in others and not just their brokenness. My desire is to walk with people as they journey toward wholeness and wholehearted living, and I do this by continuously reminding people who they are. I look forward to sitting with those of you who so courageously seek to love and be loved by God. I am with you and for your heart.

I manage my own calendar and set my own appointments. You can set up a time through calling, texting, or emailing me. Contact information is available above. To best serve you, I have a range of times available throughout the week.

Payment
Spiritual Direction sessions are $125 and last 50 minutes. Longer sessions can be booked if desired. I accept cash, checks, debit cards and credit cards. Payment is expected at the time of service. Unfortunately, Spiritual Direction is not covered by any Health Savings or Insurance plans.
I also offer a three day and five day soul care intensive**. A three day intensive is $1,500 and a five day intensive is $2,500. To inquire about a Soul Care Intensive, email me.
**A Soul Care Intensive merges rest, spiritual direction, prayer, instruction in spiritual disciplines, and companionship. Each of these themes examined help break down barriers keeping someone from the conscious awareness of God’s presence in their lives. The intentional setting of a Soul Care Intensive allows you to intensely focus on areas of needed guidance for an extended period of time. Each Soul Care Intensive is specifically designed for the individual’s needs.
