hello!Thank you for stopping by my page. I know how difficult and intimidating it can be to seek out guidance.
I’d be honored to walk with you and help you in this process. Below you will find some of the areas of counseling where I work as well as my credentials and information on how to contact me, billing, etc. If you see me as someone you’d feel safe and connect with, I’d gladly embark on the journey of counseling with you. scheduling
I do all of my own scheduling. I have a variety of times available M, T, W, Th and F. The quickest and easiest way get an appointment with me is to schedule online through the request appointment tab at the top of my page. You'll be able to see my available slots and grab one for yourself, as well as leave me personal note if you wish. If the online scheduler is giving you trouble, or if you think there is something we need to discuss before you schedule, feel free to text, call or email. My office is at the South Side Location.
payment
Sessions are $135 and last 50 minutes. I accept cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards and health savings account cards. I don't participate in any insurance networks, but I can give you a receipt with CPT and diagnostic codes that you can file yourself and possibly get a rebate back - based on your insurance plan.
intake documents
Take a look at the 6 documents below. (#3 and #5 are long, complex documents required by the Federal Government. I'll put them into laymen's terms for you at the office. You've likely seen similar documents from other healthcare providers.)
- Fill out #1 and email to me - or complete at the office.
- Read #2, #3, and #4 ahead of time and sign (electronically at the office)
- Read (only) #5
- Fill out and email #6 to me - or fill out at the office - if you need to give me permission to speak with another party or provider.

a little more about me...
I'm a therapist that specializes in couple's therapy and individual therapy for men ages 15-35. My primary expertise are in trauma reprocessing/integration, infidelity recovery/repair, and attachment maintenance in family systems. On any given day you could find me helping a young man processing life's struggles, a couple seeking healing from a constant sense of disconnection, or a family needing deeper connection through new experiences of one another. Whatever the situation, I love coming alongside others to journey with them towards wholeheartedness.
I am trained in Attachment-based Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy as well as specifically trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I also empower parents with skills from Gottman's Emotion Coaching and Attachment Based Family Therapy.
As a committed Christian therapist, I've learned we are all designed for two main purposes: to be fully known and loved. In therapy, this belief is my guiding light for treatment that is informed by my faith in Jesus and training. It is my goal to work collaboratively with clients towards restoration of self and wholeness in relationship.
