scheduling

I do all of my own scheduling. I have a variety of times available throughout the week. The quickest and easiest way get an appointment with me is to schedule online. You'll be able to see my available slots and grab one for yourself, as well as leave me personal note if you wish. If the online scheduler is giving you trouble, or if you think there is something we need to discuss before you schedule, feel free to text, call or email.  My office is located in the Southern Saddlery Building at 3069 Broad St. 

payment

Sessions are $110 and last 50 minutes. I have a further discounted rate of $35 for college students, as well as a limited amount of discounted sessions at $60.  You may inquire about a discounted rate if you have need.  I accept cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards and health savings account cards. I do not participate in any insurance networks and as a pre-licensed professional I am not yet able to offer diagnostic receipts for reimbursement.

a little more about me...

      Life can feel disorienting when the things that once grounded you begin to feel complicated. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship wounds, or questions of faith, identity, and belonging. Maybe you’re moving through a major life transition or trying to find your place between cultures. You don’t have to carry these experiences alone. I offer a relational space for healing where your story is met with curiosity, compassion, and care as we move together toward greater understanding and growth.

My work is grounded in relational and psychodynamic perspectives, with thoughtful integration of evidence-based approaches including DBT and ERP. Having lived internationally in Arab countries and developed conversational Arabic skills, I bring a particular appreciation for supporting TCKs, international students, and those navigating cultural transitions. Beginning therapy is a meaningful step, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I believe healing begins through a genuine therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, understood, and supported. If you’re ready to explore your story with curiosity and compassion, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
