scheduling
I do all of my own scheduling. I have a variety of times available throughout the week. The quickest and easiest way get an appointment with me is to schedule online. You'll be able to see my available slots and grab one for yourself, as well as leave me personal note if you wish. If the online scheduler is giving you trouble, or if you think there is something we need to discuss before you schedule, feel free to text, call or email. My office is located in the Southern Saddlery Building at 3069 Broad St.
payment
Sessions are $60 and last 50 minutes. I have a further discounted rate of $35 for college students. I accept cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards and health savings account cards. I do not participate in any insurance networks and as a graduate level student intern I am not yet able to offer diagnostic receipts for reimbursement.

- Read #2, #3, and #4 ahead of time (sign electronically at the office - no need to print these out)
- If you need me to speak with a 3rd party - fill out and email #6 to me - or fill out at the office.
a little more about me...
You don’t have to have the perfect words to begin. You might just feel tired, stuck, or overwhelmed. Maybe your faith has become tangled with fear or shame. Maybe your body feels like it’s holding something your mind can’t name. Or maybe you’re simply longing for a place to breathe and be honest-for someone to really see you. I offer a compassionate space for healing-whether you're working through anxiety, OCD, spiritual trauma, relationship wounds, or the quiet ache of disconnection. I believe we are created for connection-with God, with others, and with ourselves-and when that connection is fractured, we can feel fragmented, anxious, numb, or alone. My approach is holistic, rooted in the understanding that we are body, soul, and spirit-and that our pain often lives in the places words can’t reach. I bring a trauma-informed and dialectic lens to this work, holding space for the both/and of healing: you can want to grow and still feel scared. You can believe in hope and still feel stuck. Healing from spiritual trauma is a part of my story, and it shapes how I show up-with reverence, gentleness, and a deep belief in your resilience. I work with adolescents and adults of all ages, and I’m committed to walking with you—wherever you are in your story, and wherever it may lead.
