I now believe true healing comes from understanding how your life experiences have shaped you, recognizing that they do not define you, and consciously choosing new patterns. Sometimes what feels like a setback is your soul's invitation to heal something deeper. Your current challenge may be exactly where you need to focus right now. I work with individuals navigating hard places such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, boundaries, addictions, and just learning to love oneself.

For couples, I work with those in highly reactive relationships where harsh confrontations have led to fear, avoidance, and lack of repair, as well as those betrayed by sexual infidelity or emotional affairs. While working with distressed couples, we work to rebuild trust and vulnerability, increase genuine fondness, and improve communication skills.
