Hello there!I come to the therapy field from the legal field. My time spent in the legal field cultivated a deep sense of appreciating peoples’ stories - including their conflicts, struggles, and desire for healing and connection. I offer a sliding scale fee for therapy. The session fee is based on your life circumstances and income. I'm passionate about offering care that is affordable and consistent. Please don't hesitate to reach out even if finances have been a barrier in the past! I have availability for in-person appointments on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Please email me for Saturday appointments! Sarah |

Sessions are $110 and last 50 minutes. I accept cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards and health savings account cards. I do not participate in any insurance networks and as a pre-licensed professional I am not yet able to offer diagnostic receipts for reimbursement.
Intake forms
Take a look at the 6 documents below. (#3 and #5 are long, complex documents required by the Federal Government. I'll put them into laymen's terms for you at the office. You've likely seen similar documents from other healthcare providers.)
- Fill out #1 and email to me - or complete at the office.
- Read #2, #3, and #4 ahead of time (sign electronically at the office - no need to print these out)
- If you need me to speak with a 3rd party - fill out and email #6 to me - or fill out at the office.
a little more about me...
I believe our story matters. Exploring our story in a safe and nurturing environment allows us to more deeply connect with ourselves and navigate the many difficulties of life. My work in the legal field allowed me to meet and connect with diverse people who deeply desire connection. I am honored to have the opportunity to walk alongside people as they journey toward healing, growth, and fulfillment.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and gently challenging. Together we will explore areas that are tender or painful in your life through curiosity and compassion. I’m interested in working with a diverse range of clients using modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and Person-Centered Theory. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to navigate feelings of self-blame and self-doubt that lead to behavioral and relational difficulties. I believe through connection and gentle exploration we can begin to better understand our inner-world which allows us increase emotion regulation. My hope is that our work together will help build self-compassion and confidence.
